It is with great honour that the Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers (CASLT) announced that its Award Committee has presented the 2013 H. H. Stern Award to Ms. Kelly MacNeil, a Core French teacher in Grade 9 at Summerside, PEI. The H. H. Stern Award is granted each year to support innovative classroom practices in second language learning.
